Modules not showing in myStore (fine in eShop)

Hi,
I've been using eShop for a while and had customised my installation by adding modules like jEvents, newsfeeds, chronoforms etc. However, when I installed and switched to myShop, then these modules don't show up anymore.

They work fine when I set eShop as the default template. Also, any new modules I try to add don't seem to show up either.

What am I doing wrong?
