Various display issues with myStore

1. All seesm to be working fine with the shopping cart apart from the (o items) in the cart module is not being updated when items are added to the cart.

2. How do I get the virtuemart category and product detail pages to display as in the demo? As you can see from the following, my pages are displayin somewhat differently.

did u use the quickstart? If you want the look from the demo page, i would suggest to use the quickstart which replicates the demo site..

Have reinstalled using quickstart and both issues now resolved. I had to make some changes to administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php after installation as vu=irtuemart wasn;t functioning properly.
