is it possible under the login module the create account can change to virtuemart register form! and how to modify this refer to the picture!

Sorry, that's not possible. The Register button display only the register module position... basically you can enable what ever module you like in there, so you can use VM login module on register module position, if you want, but placing there the VM Registration form = not possible.

You want to add more words on "Login"?
If so, you can add your own words by changing en-GB.tpl_gk_mystore.ini file located on languages directory.
MyStore Template, like every template that we produce, have language support.
