how to use sitemap

i dnt know how to use sitemap with mystore template or with joomla too. i googled n get this link from joomla forums

or i can use inbuilt sitemap from the mystore template.

or if there is another method(compatable with mystore), plz tell.

You could try xMap:

It will handle your normal Joomla content pages, there's a pluggin avaiable for VirtueMart. It what I use (the good news it's free and it works).
