Jcomments causing fatal error... Can someone help?

Hi,
I've loaded the "mystore template" to my server and I keep getting this message:

Fatal error: Class 'JCommentsContentPluginHelper' not found in /home/content/d/l/a/myname/html/test/templates/gk_mystore/html/com_content/frontpage/default_item.php on line 73

I can't find anything in the forum or through my own search.

Can someone help with this?
Am I missing something?

first,uninstall Jcomments in joomla.
Make sure you download a right file of Jcomments
install it in joomla control panel.It won't be cause more than 5 minutes to install and set up.(I am current using Jcomments)

Hi

The notice is pretty clear. You need to enable "Content - JComments" on plugin manager board.

there is no Content - JComments" on my plugin manager board.
