quickstart files doesnt seem right

I downloaded the quickstart package and I see three categores, Administrator, Cache, and Components, along with a changelog file, now isnt this suppose to be a full Joomla Install, if so where is the rest of the Joomla package?

Please download again because something must happened wrong.
The Quickstart version package is fine, have something like 25MB and naturally, it's fully joomla files installation.

Or try unpack with a different software.

Yeah I got it this time....
