component.php we need for hwdmediashare

Hi have problems with teh upload window in hwdmediashare.
it looks like bad.

I've checked the template and surely package include component.php file. Without this the print and email view will not work. Anyway, please contact with me via mail or private message I'll send you the file. Of course template is for Joomla! 1.7/2.5 version ?
