Cache in cart view

Has anyone a working combination of cache?
If yes, which plugins are enabled (and if i needed to install another one).
I am vary disappointed with the fact that the template doesn't behave properly and i should go and change
cache configurations and etc. The quick installation of the template should have configure everything is needed.

Yes, this issue is exactly the same with Joomla cache so right now without custom plugin modifications it is impossible to avoid this issue. Cart pages are static so they are save exactly like any other page in cache directory, please check VM support forum maybe they found some solution because as I can see it is a common problem.

There is no configuration which can avoid caching VM pages, Joomla! cache plugin cache all pages without exceptions.
