Error 500

Every time I try to update info in Global Configuration (whatever I try to change the name of the store or update Joomla version or change URL appearance), the error comes up, does not allow me to change anything:

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.speak-russian-language.com/s ... omlaupdate. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request.

This seems to be more like an issue with Joomla rather than from the template so you could ask in Joomla forum for better suggestions or use Google to check if someone had the same problem and got fixed.
