Edit mystore registration details

Hi,

I'm in the middle of setting up the site http://www.getyourrokson.com that uses the mystore template. I would like the user to be able to register to get a free ring sizing product, for which they would need to supply their address.

If I click on 'register' at the top of the page then this pulls up a short registration form, when I click login and 'create an account' then this is a full registration form. My question is firstly, how can I edit the 'create an account' page, to remove the fields -

Gender
Description
User image (avatar)
Url

Also I would like to add a field for address? (this would also need to display on the pop up form that displays when you click the registration button)

I can see that option in Joomla 2.5 but this particular site is created in Joomla 1.5, this option doesn't seem to exist? Other than upgrading Joomla, how could I edit the options in 1.5?
