Hi,
I have joomla 1.5.25 MyStore template installed from quickstart.
I installed joomla administration russian language pack and selected it as default. The only effect of it is the administrator login page which is in russian now. Admin interface is still in english.
Also I installed joomla russian language pack for front-end. Some virtuemart features completely vanished from my site, e.g. categories. Some elements are still in english e.g. "Leave a comment" block. And some elements are in russian now.
I want to have a completely russian site. What can I do for it?

I do not know why joomla panel did not translate. You should check if it's a pack for a right joomla version.
For front-end only some extentions are supported by language pack (mostly standard joomla extentions). Rest, like for example our template needs to be translated manualy. To do this You need copy not translated files from /languages/en_GB/ to Your lang directory, rename the prefix and translate words inside.
