how to change Color titel browser

Hi, I am using My store template
And I would like to change the color black wich shows on the top of the page see atachment.
I am not sure if this is posible?

You mean this Joomla! icon ? This is favicon and if you use template for Joomla 1.7/2.5 you can upload another image via template settings.
