parse error on install with quickstart pack

Getting a parse error on the homepage after installing the quickstart pack:

Parse error: parse error in C:\wamp\www\nailsjamaica.com\components\com_virtuemart\themes\default\templates\common\minicart.tpl.php on line 97

I do not have this problem installing it. Please try download it again and try reinstall. If this will not work please tell me Your PHP version.

Can You move it online and send me FTP access? I would like to see it. Like I said I have no such problem installing it.

Not able to publish online now. If this is going to be a problem I think I will just use the other quickstart - yourshop which have installed well so far.
