Mega Meu BUG

It seems that our Mega Menu on CORPORATE 2 template is not Closing upon hovering the links. Our website is http://123egypttours.com/.

On the other hand our template not yet the latest version, is this the cause of the problem? Moreover, we are afraid that the update may damage our site. Would the update of the template, will revert the customization we did on our site? We also installed plugins for speeding up the template and some other components and modules. Would the update affect/conflict this?

Anyhow, the important thing is that we want the Mega Menu Not Closing problem be fixed.

Why is Gavick Moderator, administrator are very slow on answering relevant questions on this forum? are they very busy?

I hope they will take time reading our post and help us solve bugs.

Also, if possible they can provide as a tutorial on how to update their template without damaging the customization we did on our template.

The support in gavick is very slow now compared last year.

I've checked this on latest Opera browser and I don't see any problem with this menu - it show and hide properly, the problem exist on every page ?

Please download latest version of the template and overwrite template menu scripts:
- js/menu/dropline.js
- js/menu/mega.js
- js/menu/split.js

After Updating the three files the MEGA MENU Works on SAFARI, but still it did not work on FIREFOX 5 and CHROME latest version. This happens on all pages of the site. Again this is the url of the site:

In Firebug I still see older menu scripts, please make sure that you properly overwrite files (make backup before) and that you disable all cache in your site. I've compare this files from latest corporate2 package and in your site and they are surely different.

I have updated the 3 js again plus the domready_fix.js (since sir teitbit told me) and cleared all the cached.

Sometimes it closes but sometimes it does not. It is not closing when you hover your mouse on the first child of the menu (e.g on Tour Packages the first child are Accessible tours, Christmas Cruises and tours and etc. ) If you take more time on hovering over the first child the menu will not close. It will close the 2nd child but not the first child menu.



And also please take a look the image. This is happening on chrome latest version. ( still mega menu bug )

Hello sir! with all my respect, are you really reading my posts? It is STILL NOT working on FF 5. If you hover your mouse maybe 30 second over the children menu, the menu will never close. Further, why you only say about FF and no updates about CHROME?

Sir this a MEGA MENU BUG, and this is not a customization! I think gavick should take a time on solving this.

Also, maybe you can ask for help, just like what SIR TIETBite does when he cant solve a problem. Hoenstly, problem is very annoying.
