Same Logo Manipulation Issue

I have read through forums but could not get it right.....check my website www.citymediamarketing.co.uk. The logo is not aligning with the menu it is in explorer above menu and in internet explorer aligned with menu.........and when i use megamenu a blue background appears in every selection. and when use split menu the menu is not expanding after second level.........

About the blue color, you can add this line on override.css file (don't forget to enable first on template parameters). Actually, my suggestion is always add customization on this file and not on original css template files.

Regarding the no display of sub-levels on megamenu type, did you change any file on ../libs/menu/ ?

I am still getting the same blue color and i havent changed anything in lib and the override.css is also on.....i need help in making the menu appear atleast in same line with the logo but in different browsers the logo goes up in chrome and in line in ie
