Template configuration strip all html code ??, appropriate module position not exist, any idea how to do that?

This was design for a plain text only. If You want to change it please for example write the code directly in /layouts/blocks/footer.php

Instead of this code.

Can you advise on how to add a tag in the My Folio template?

I have tried to do in Joomla but it does not accept the a tags.

I have gone to /layouts/blocks/footer.php hoping that the same line of code would be in there but it isn't.
