How to Display Date in Article Section Layout?

Hello,

I am having trouble to get the date to display on this page right after the words article title: http://www.tradeumbrella.com/content/45-content.html . In the menu item under component parameters, I set the date to "show". And for each article under parameters advanced, I also set the date to show. IS there any other place that I missed? If so, please let me know. If not, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

P.S. I am using Joomla 1.5.22
