Module size and Thumbnail Size

Hi Guys,

Was just wondering if anyone could help me to make the module sizes equal & fixed without adjusting content from article pages. Also to make the thumbnail size custom so that the picture is not skewed.

For the equal columns I'm suggesting to manipulate with the amount of words/chars in the article (I'm doing it this way when I use this template).

For the image I suggest to play with the settings. Disabling thumbnails streach and using the background color as You have will make it like You need.
