Disable the Shopping Cart/Checkout Button Top Link

I wanted to disable that cart link at the top of the site and put a banner in there...can someone please tell me where I would change this?

OOPS!

Should have been in the YourShop Template...Ive had Corporate 2 on my mind all weekend hence the mix up.
