Make menu text smaller

I am reconfiguring my site a bit and want to make the menu text smaller on the top.

I am not sure where in the css to make this change:

The text that I want smaller is Home | Training Topics | Travel Area, etc.

I am hoping once I do that, I can make the logo a bit smaller and it will fit nicely.
