PROBLEM with 2.0.6 again

I am facing a problem again with my 2.0.6 update!

I updated from 1.0.0 to 2.0.6 and when I change the default.php into the layout directory the right column disapears !!!

I am gonna lose my mind and I am gonna go back to 1.0.0 !!!
