K2 ? IE8 won?t display child category?s (FireFox fine)

Hi Hope someone can assist. I?m working on a Corporate2 version 2.0.3 (Joomla version 1.5.20).
When viewing K2 child categories in Internet Explorer ver. 8 only one child category is being displayed and IE lists the following error;

Unfortunately I was unable to track down the error but I'm pretty sure that it's within K2 plugin for displaying content. Please see K2 forum because I do not see a conflict with any of template's javascript.
