Footer Navigation

Hi all, I am trying to simply add a new menu item to the Footer Menu and for some reason it seems to go into the Main Menu automatically?? When I try and add a menu item to the footer menu it just wont go in at all? Seems to redirect to the Main Menu? Any ideas?

I have the latest version installed of this template

My fault - this is not an issue anymore!
