Tool Bar not working on next page

I am using Corp 2 with the tools option turned on.

on my test site local host, and the demo sites the "font or width" works on any page, on my life site, it works on front page but if I try it on any other page, it redirects to the home page? the URL shows /#

the site is not live, so the redirect looks like http:// IP address/#

when the "tools" option is clicked on. any ideas?
