Moving Module Positions on Homepage (default.php)

I have moved the "header" module position below the top modules(eg top1,top2,top3,top4...) in default.php but the problem is that top1 gets placed over the logo where the others are positioned correctly. How can I fix top1 to be aligned with the rest.
