Swap Top Menu & Tools

Hey - how hard is it to switch these two and how do I do it?

Try editing templates/gk_corporate2/layouts/default.php and change its places

Thanks for the quick response - I tried that - no luck. I also tried swapping line 13 in templates/gk_corporate2/layouts/mainnav.php - no luck. I'll keep rooting around - let me know if you find anything - Thanks!
