Changing theme colors

I need a yellow colored theme. What is the best was to make this transition? can I manipulate the PSD files? Some documentation or a tutorial would be very helpful. Thanks.

you will have to change the style1-4.css files and then use the psd file to make a yellow header bg for the image show...
