Where is the SQL dump?

I am trying to locate the sql dump files but I can not find them. I have uploaded all components, modules, plugins, etc. but I want to upload all the content. Please help.

SQL dump is placed inside installation directory in the QUICKSTART package. It's named "joomla.sql"

I did find it and try to install it, but I am getting ERRORS. These two errors are what I'm getting for the joomla.sql and sample_data.sql.

I think it's comming from Your myPhpAdmin. Are You sure You are installing it in a right location?

Can You please send me the access to the database panel?
