updated to 1.1, caused many problems

I just updated to the latest version of coporate 2 and its has caused a few problem. The biggest issue being the image show that used to be centered and aligned on my frontpage is now scewed and covers my menu completely. I'm nearing completion of my site but this is gonna set me back. I also have an issue with the logo same as everyone else. And the search box seems to have moved up 40 or 50 pixels creating a strange empty space between it and the menu. I had also created a few menu links beneath the search that did not appear right after the update. I solved this by floating to the left of search box. Site also seems much slower now.

Should I just start over with my image show?
Should I ditch the search funtion?

Please show us your website. Did you totally replace the template, did you made some changes in template files ?

I simply uninstalled template, and reinstalled updated file. Did not use quickstart.

Ok that worked. I am also using the New Pro GK4 and the new scroll right and left arrows are located by the search box.
