Below script is copy from Demo page.
You can see the div id called gk_footer
so If you find out the php file in your templates area,you can probably change the language.

<!-- BOTTOM MODULES -->
<!-- FOOTER -->
<div id="gk-footer" class="clearfix">
<div class="gk-footnav">
<ul class="menu"><li class="item107"><a href="/joomla15/apr2010/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=22&Itemid=107"><span>What's New in 1.5?</span></a></li><li class="item105"><a href="/joomla15/apr2010/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5&Itemid=105"><span>Joomla! License</span></a></li><li class="item154"><a href="#"><span>K2</span></a></li><li class="item104"><a href="/joomla15/apr2010/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=104"><span>Home</span></a></li><li class="item109"><a href="/joomla15/apr2010/index.php?option=com_content&view=section&id=3&Itemid=109"><span>FAQ</span></a></li></ul>
</div>

<div id="stylearea">
<a href="#" class="style_switcher" id="style_switcher1">Red</a>
<a href="#" class="style_switcher" id="style_switcher2">Green</a>
<a href="#" class="style_switcher" id="style_switcher3">Blue</a>
<a href="#" class="style_switcher" id="style_switcher4">Neutral</a>
</div>

Hi

It is always faster to use Midnight Commander (or any clon) to search the words inside the files.

It has nice feature which allows to list all lines from the fils in whole site directory occuring keyword.
