Virtuemart not displaying correct

Hi I have used this link in an Article http://online-e-commerce.co.za/index.ph ... &Itemid=61 to setup Virtuemart

VirtueMart works fine for Checkout step 1 of 4
with this link http://online-e-commerce.co.za/index.ph ... &Itemid=61

but "next" button is cut of to the bottom right

Checkout step 2 of 4
go here http://online-e-commerce.co.za/index.php and the cart is gone ?

I have got it working by "Show mainbody on frontpage" as "on"
but after applying mod_rewrite it does not do the last step of the cheakout to confirm the order so I have undo the mod_rewrite.
Without the mod_rewrite it works but I cant get the VirtueMart Module to display with the product now.
Could someone tell me how to set Virtuemart up for this template?

I have used the gk_corporate2_quickstart_J!15.zip

My server specs is
Database Version: 5.0.90-community
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.9
Web Server: Apache
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
