I have installed the Corporate2 template on a Joomla site, but the site does not appear like the demo online. There is no red box, and when I try to make adjustments in the template manager, there is a message saying that the parame ters.ini file is unwritable. I have changed the permissions to both 777 and 755. Both times, the file became writable until I tried to make changes, and then it became unwritable again. A screen shot of the site is attached.

My apologies ahead of time. I'm not an expert, so it may take me a bit to understand what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks for your help!

This come from your php.ini configuration on your host server and joomla.
If you can't change effectively permissions, try using your File Manager on your host cpanel.

Cheers

That doesn't fix the problem. There is still no red box - the template does not show up properly. I've gone through several other threads, and someone mentioned that the red component is called GK3 Photoslide. I used the quickstart package to install the template, but that component is not listed in the component directory on the site. I checked the folder for that component in the quickstart package, and while the folder does include images, it does not include an installation file to upload. Do I need to download this component from somewhere?

Thanks...

Apparently several of the modules listed in the template description were not installed during the quickstart installation - seems to be a good explanation for why the template is not formatted properly. Is there a good fix for this, or do I have to install and format all of them individually?

I used the file manager on my hosting control panel. Since it was a zipped file, it seems like it would have to upload all files included in it, but who knows...
