Change color of the header-background

Hi,
your work is fantastic. Could you please tell me, how I can change the color of the header-background in Photoshop? I would like to use different blue color RGB 0-47-86
If it is not a problem for you, it would be great if you could post me the Background with this color via mail. Otherwise I would be happy to know the steps.

Please take a look inside rest files package in template's download area. There You will find psd with a project.

Hi, I have found them immediatelly after downloading - But it is not possible to just change the color. The layers in the provided PSD are still rastered as bitmaps. Do you have any solution or the "real" source file for me? PLEASE!

Sorry but thoose psd is exacly what was used in template.

Teitbite, do yo mean file named index.psd?

Unfortunately as mkulanga said the background here is an image already so You will need to create Your own.
