Can somebody please tell me how I can change the size of the images that's shown on the frontpage of the templates examplepage. I mean the images that belongs to component Photoslide GK_3 and is shown together with the news using mod_gk_image_show.
I want to make the component both narrower and lower. I've tried to find any css-file or else that can change the height and width of both the component and the images within it. Image

PS. Yes, I know... This thread is also posted under General Discussion, but I can't find a way to erase it there. Sorry for that.

then, in the mdule parameters, you can set the width of text, wordcount,...

I found the problem
is not a gavick problem but a joomla problem

For correction take this way :

you simply write it in a notepad:
SetEnv register_globals 0
SetEnv ZEND_OPTIMIZER 1
SetEnv magic_quotes 1
SetEnv PHP_VER 5

Then you save: htacces.txt then you transferred via ftp to the root and renamed : .htaccess

and it works!

Hi

Like julianeuropa said (and well), it's always on the group configuration. This is normal management of PhotoSlide GK3 component. Please read the respective helpfile of this extension for further informations.

Cheers ;)

Thank you both for your help. I've solved it now, even if it wasn't that easy. I had to go in on gkstuff.css and there change some codes to also get the image_show-module to "shrink" to fit the new image size. And of course should I've understod that I've had to change the image size in the component setting, but after nearly 48 hours straight job, your mind isn't that sharp. Even the easiest thing becomes hard when you are like a mushrom under your hair... But thanks again both of you!!
