jcomments

How I can change default language in jComments extensions? I've tried several solution but still i can't change a lenguage in jcomments. Could you provide me necessary info?

If I remember you have to move specific JComments language file to your used language directory.

i try but wont works, i uninstall and again install component and works

Yes I have uinstall and then install again, I can change the language in admin but the language in frontend is still english.

I did like this:

I removed the english file and then renamed my own language file to the english and put it back. So the result is that Jcomments thinks it is using english but the file is in my language but whit the english name.

Then it worked.

For Joomla 1.5:

place the desired language files from:
[root]/components/com_jcomments/language
to:
[root]/language

and:
[root]/components/com_jcomments/language/administrator
to:
[root]/administrator/language/
