New to Joomla, and feeling my way...

I am trying to place a menu in the position shown as 'menu' in the Module positions chart.

I still have the sample Joomla data around, and can republish this and the menu re-appears in that position no problem, but having tried all the positions listed under that menu for my menu I still cannot get my menu to appear.
There is no position 'menu' listed in the Positions selection - only menu1 menu2 etc, none of which seem to work...

Site address: http://www.studiodecor.co.uk/Joomla The menu should be to the right of the logo (which includes the text beside the company style)

Hi

"Menu" is not a module position. It's a name of an area which is displaying a menu called "mainmenu".

Here is a list of module positions http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/apr2010 ... &Itemid=97 the blue one are a static template areas and not a module positions.

"menu1" and "menu2" are module positions prepared for displaying modules in submenu.
