Image Rotator will not load

Image Rotator will not load. Please help. i am new at thsi and I have to get this working. Here is teh site.

What do you mean by "Image Rotator"? I have checked the site and didn't see any issue on.

Sorry. On the site I am using the component Photoslide GK3. I have a module onthe homepage using the image rotator as teh module style. For some reason it just loads and does not show the picture.

Please check your console,probably there is some problem with scripts, you can also try to enable/disable mtupgrade plugin if you use Joomla 1.5

I pm'ed you the info. Also this image rotator is replacing a different one that has been working fine. The old one's module is currently disabled.

Thank you, I could connect your server with the given FTP access but I can't see and access any directories. Please update then I will check again for you!

It was a problem of files' permission under /components/com_gk3_photoslide/thumbs_big/

I fixed it for you and the module works now!

It's was 777, you can change to 755 as well.
