Second Menu Item goes to frontpage layout no matter what

http://www.mmdept.com/SITE/ is where the site is. My problem is no matter what I set the second menu item as "about MMD" it always just shows the homepage. I am more of a joomla 1.5 person and I know things are somewhat different but no matter what I try to do to get this article to show up like it is supposed to it seems to always just link back to the homepage. All the other tabs act as they should but I am at my wits end with this one. Please help!
