I tried and I tried but still having width problem

Let me first of all apologise if this counts as a customisation but I cannot seem to figure out how to amend the width for the logo in this template. It seems you may have to edit the main file but I really don't know. I have attached an image of what the logo currently looks like, hopefully a good samaritan can show me how to adjust the logo width and height. Please.

You can change logo size on templace.css file. Look for this fragment:

How so? I have been looking at that particular segment and changed the width value but it does not appear to work?
