Module positions overview - please!

I am working on the template and I am running into the horrible realisation that the module positions are different from those with Quay.

Is there PLEASE an overview of the positions? There are far too many to use tp=1 to figure that out, nor can I read it from a simple index.php, obviously.

Its on the main menu of the template. Features >> Module Positions.
