Logo not showing up in IE 7,8 or 9. PLEASE HELP, TIME SENSITIVE

My logo (logo.png) is not appearing on the site. Everything else looks fine. Can someone please help me? Thanks a lot.

I solved the problem in the header.php file: I gave the width and height of the logo values instead of "scale." It worked. Thank you.
