How to Add H1 Tag in the Homepage?

Hi,

I have managed to get H1 Tag for article heading - reflects on Section, Category & Article view, but not able to find a solution to have a H1 tag in the homepage. Any pointers, advice, suggestions appreciated.

Is there any mandatory that the font size of H tags should meet certain criteria? I wish to reduce the font size say - H1 to 14px, H2 - 12px like wise.
