Strange and Random Right Module Issue

For the life of me, i cannot find the cause of this issue. Tried unpublishing everything, and still luck...
Randomly, the right column on my site stretches reaaally wide and tucks the menu from the bottom(top_menu) under the bottom most right module. Again, this is random and seems to happen on IE8. If you click through menu items, it will appear and not necessarily on the same page...

Firebug shows me that your footer is inside table in right column. And it should be even outside mainbody div.
Did you change module positon for footer, or edit some files?

Hmm, I havent edited the footer module position. The only thing I had done is add the very top module position for the top banner. I tried a non-edited index file and it happens there?

Please validate your website - if Firebug shows strange structure of the website then probably some container isn't closed. Please remember that Firebug shows always the page structure as it is seen by the Firefox - to check the real structure I recommend to check the source of the website

OK, I have this resolved, wasnt the template at all, ended up being a module for ad agency.
I had disabled, but i think it previously showed the error still due to a cache issue.
