IE issue

I am using this template and have no problems usually. The only thing that drives me crazy is that there are some issues with the IE. There is a bunch of underline everywhere and I am not sure what is producing this.

For images, i found at what the problem was (align instead float), but still have no idea why all this text is underlined. In firefox: all fine.
