I am getting the following error on the backend of TWN template.

XML Parsing Error at 1:1. Error 4: Not well-formed (invalid token)

Please advise on what I need to do to remove the error.

I'm also unable to use the Legacy Plugin -- it's grayed out. I'm unsure if the error is the cause of the Legacy issue.

I haven't made any changes to the template, and I'm seeing them in Components and Plugins. I attempted to update to the most current version, however the download link only brings me back to the same downloads from December 2009.

Hi

It may be because of some corrupted file, but please send me joomla panel access so I'll be able to take a look myself.

Hi

I've been to Your site and cannot see the error message. Please tell me exacly where I can see it.

In the templates's download area only the latest version is stored.

Thank you for your quick response. I have installed a fresh copy of the most recent download from your site and it's showing that it is version 1.0.4

I haven't done any customizations to the site, only installed it and I'm still receiving the same errors. Please see the attached screenshots.

Please see above issue. Below is a screenshot of the plugins that are gray-ed out. I'm unable to use the Legacy plugin with this issue.

Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Thank you for your help. I did a complete reinstall of Joomla's latest version instead of using the quickstart package and it fixed the problem I was having. Now to move all of the modules and components around to match the demo! Thanks again.
