Logo Size modification

Hello Gavick Pro,
How do i modify my "world news template" logo area to cover the entire top page.
My client's header logo is 980px width and 165px hieght. please help me.

Edit both
1. css/template.css
2. and you might also change "scale" on layouts/blocks/header.php

that's it
