Please check your HTML code in the article - most probably some of the containers aren't closed correctly.

The problem does not come (to me) from the code.
Since the abnormality occurs "only" in a given category.
One called "events", while the other can be seen well.

I tried to clean up the code in the article that shows the right column at the bottom but the result does not change.

If this problem appears only on this page then it must be a problem with the code in the article. I've validated your page and there is 1390 errors where the last errors suggest unclosed tags.
