How to Change Time?

Loving this The World News template, but the time on the FP is in Mountain Time and I want EST. I've changed the settings in the global config but MT still appears. Can't find the mod for this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Also, I want the More Articles thing to appear after individual articles. Is that a module? If so, what is it called? Thanks
