Site display messed up

Why does my site display how I want it to look on my Mac...but on other peoples PC's it is completely messed up. I am running the Quay template...and using Jomsocial. Please help!!!!

I don't understand? This is whats causing my site to mess up in IE. I haven't changed anything or done anything to the template for this to occur? why does it work properly in Safari and FF? And why do other templates work properly with IE. Everyone else I asked said this is a Gavick problem

The CometChat component is causing this problem. Jomsocial suggested that Gavick has a patch to fix this.
