pulse template problem - footer position and order modules

Hi Folks,
I`ve sent you some messages through the contact page and skype and had no reply. It was very disappointing not to receive your attention.
I`m writing again because I`ve bought a Personal membership plan of 4 months, downloaded the Pulse template and now I`m installing it. I`m having problems to configurate the modules.
The manual asks to set footer in some modules but footer doesn`t exist in the combo box. And the order of the modules is not saved as the manual. For example, the manual asks for 0 (zero) order but it doesn`t exist.
Don`t you have a dump.sql to facilitate the installation as the site demo?
